Privacy notice
This notice covers hedubai.org, operated by High End Properties LLC, Opal Tower, Office 1904, Business Bay, Dubai. Questions go to info@hedubai.com.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, what you asked for and anything you write in the message. Budget and timing only if you choose to give them.
- With the enquiry, the page you sent it from and the campaign or link that brought you to the site, so we know which project you mean and which advertising works.
- Anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ticked the box, to send you new launches and market updates. We do not sell your details. We share them with a developer only when you ask us to register your interest or reserve a unit.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Enquiries are delivered to our sales inbox and customer records. Sometimes the form asks you to send your request yourself, as a prefilled WhatsApp message or email; it then reaches us through that app, and nothing is kept on this website. We keep enquiry details for as long as we are dealing with you and for the period UAE regulations require for brokerage records, then delete them.
In your browser
The site stores your comparison shortlist and the first page you landed on in your browser's local storage. Nothing there identifies you, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or unsubscribe from updates at any time by emailing info@hedubai.com.
